As you may have heard Cole County Judge Green ruled against both of these efforts this week. Both efforts have filed appeals to the MO Supreme Court. The Missouri Supreme Court has set the court date for Sept 2, 2026. They must issue their decision prior to Sept 8th in order to make the deadline for the November 2026 ballot.
