First part of the plan should be to determine which ballot you will choose. Primaries are the “semifinals” of the political process. Instead of competing against the opposing party, candidates from the same party run against each other to win their party’s official nomination. You should have received copies of your sample ballot choices from St. Charles County Election Authority.

Missouri is an Open Primary State. You do not need to be registered as a Democrat, Republican or Libertarian to choose the ballot you will vote on. If you just want to vote on the amendments you can choose a Non-Partisan ballot.
In these days of great political divide remember it is most important for our voices to be heard!!!
This August Primary has very key Amendments that will greatly impact our rights as Missouri Citizens. The Ads on these amendments are very mis-leading and some down right lie about what is in the Amendment.
